Two Daimyo from the Warring States Era of Japan that I admire very much, Uesugi Kenshin and Takeda Shingen. They fought the famous battles at Kawanakajima, and the 4rth battle has been immortalized in all forms of media. The movie, "Heaven and Earth," is particularly good; it's one of my all time favourite movies ever! Posted by Hello

3D metal printing

I've worked with stainless steel in the machine shop, and it isn't exactly the easiest metal to drill or lathe. So to be able to print it, wow. Another interesting company is Shapeways. Here's a video (not metal printing in this case though).
