Pink Panther



The next movie I want to see is the Pink Panther with Steve Martin. Should be a comic blast. In theaters Feb 10th!

Speaking of pink, I think it's perfectly fine for guys to wear pink. It takes a certain masculinity to be comfortable with it! I always think it funny when other guys say to one wearing pink, "Ooh, you are so gay!" I think they should be the one questioning their own sexuality. I'll be honest, I like wearing pink. I also know very well that I like women. Of course I'll only go as far as a pink polo...wearing all pink or hot pink is too much for me.

Here's an interesting site. Check it out. For the one photo I've submitted, my closest celebs are all black! I also had a match with Beyonce Knowles. Maybe that's why I have a thing for black women? Haha. I think I should try submitting another photo just to double check.

*Update: So submitting another photo gives totally different results! This time I had like a 45% match with John Cusack! Can you say swai? Hahaa. Conclusion, the software works damn well in finding matches, but the matches vary depending on the photo submitted...angle, orientation, laugh or cry, etc. I'm curious as to what kind of algorithms they actually use in doing the recognition.

This weekend sucks!

So the Yankees are facing an uphill battle against the Angels. Hope they pull out of this one. The game today was pretty intense. Down 5-0 then went up 6-5 only to be beaten 11-7. Ugh! I don't know, they just lacked the stamina to pull things through today. Then again, I don't fault them. NY has a pretty tense weekend with the bomb alert, and I pray that all will be well. After all, in my heart NYC is still my home. This weekend is Fall Break. Unfortunately for me, the weather is bad so I probably can't go hiking, and then my boss told me Thursday that we have work to do over the weekend. Right now I am busy testing the microwave/rf generators for our quantum dot gate pulsing. We need to make sure that we can maintain the pulse form sent down to the sample with minimal distortion, reflection, attenuation and loss. Did X say that?

I was cleaning out old draft emails when I came upon these quotes. 1. “Set your goals high; make friends with different kinds of people; enjoy simple pleasures.
